Consultation on potential new services

The first stage of the regulatory proposal is for Endeavour Energy to identify any new services it may propose for the 2029–34 period. We will submit a request to the AER in late October 2026 outlining these potential services.

To inform this request, we have prepared a Framework and Approach Consultation Paper with Ausgrid and Essential Energy to seek stakeholder feedback. While the paper has been developed jointly, each business will assess its own service needs and may propose different approaches to reflect its network and customers.

We welcome written submissions on our Framework and Approach Consultation Paper. Please provide a written submission here by 5pm Wednesday 2 September 2026.

We will also be consulting with our Customer Reference Group (CRG) for their feedback on this consultation.
